 The California Capital Access Program (CalCAP) is administered by the California Pollution Financing Authority in the State Treasurer’s Office. The CalCAP loans are for any small business – including truck and fleet owners.
The program helps California truckers comply with diesel emissions regulations through a $48 million loan guarantee program operated in partnership with the California Air Resources Board.
 The funding allows truck, fleets and off-diesel equipment owners to receive loans to cover expenses relating to becoming compliant. CFS is responsible for securing many CalCAP loans on behalf of clients. In fact, CFS secured the 100th and the 500th CalCAP loans for two of its customers.
